Music has always been at the heart of the work I share. Even the name of my newsletter “Songlines of Lemuria” carries that truth in it!
For this article, I want to take you a little deeper into why music is so important in Lemuria and why I made the choice early on to tune my light language songs to 432Hz instead of the industry standard of 440Hz.
Music as Medicine in Lemuria
In Lemurian culture, music was never just a form of art or entertainment. It was sacred technology used with conscious intention to heal the body, communicate with higher worlds, and hold the collective field in coherence.
Lemurians understood that everything was vibration first, form second. Every thought, emotion, flower, butterfly, and mountain is sound before it is shape. When something falls out of harmony and becomes diseased, the Lemurian way is to sing it back into coherence to heal it.
This is where I got the idea to sing in light language during healing sessions. While people often enjoy my singing as a beautiful performance, it’s so much more than that. It’s actually a form of ancient technology returning through a modern instrument (me)!
Re-Tuning the Body
Because sound acts as the bridge between energy and form, this means the specific frequency music is tuned to is really important.
Today, most of the music you hear is tuned to 440Hz. In my podcast, I shared that this frequency is known to cause disharmony in the cells, which can manifest as tension or disease in the physical body. On the other hand, 432Hz harmonizes cells and soothes the body because it aligns to the natural rhythms of the Earth.
Every time I release a new song, my intention is to offer a frequency that helps your nervous system soften, your heart open, and your body remember a rhythm that’s older than the one this modern world has entrained you to.
So tuning my music to 432Hz is my part in helping to restore the original frequencies that bathed the world a long time ago… a time when humanity was living in harmony with nature.
A Small Update: I am excited to share that my 432Hz light language music is now available on streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.

As Lemuria continues to rise, sound will keep playing a central role in the co-creation of our future. Each of us carries a different note within that is needed to form the greater song we are singing together. When the song we sing collectively is finally back in tune, that is an indication the new harmonious world has truly been birthed.
