Detailed documentation is taken during sessions and is emailed to the individual afterwards. These records are retained indefinitely by VickiLynn Chan but is kept confidential where it will only be shared with the individual the service was completed for, unless requested by law. The documentation provides both the individual and VickiLynn Chan with a record of what was accomplished during the session and may be used for refund requests, disputes or legal purposes as needed.
The music sung by VickiLynn Chan during healing sessions is recorded and a link is sent to the individual afterwards to download. The link expires after a week, however the original audio recording is retained indefinitely by VickiLynn Chan. Upon losing the file, the individual can request for a new download link at any time. VickiLynn Chan retains all rights to these audio recordings as it is her creative property and can use it to create new content or samples to advertise her work.

When you purchase something from the web store, as part of the buying process, your personal information is collected such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. This information is used to complete the transaction only. When you provide your email address, you will be added onto the mailing list for regular correspondence regarding new content, products, services and other updates. You can opt-out at any time.
