SECTION 1: GENERAL CONDITIONS
VickiLynn Chan reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content, products, and services are also subject to changes at any time without notice.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any content, service or products made available on this website without written permission from VickiLynn Chan.
SECTION 2: CHANGES TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PRICES
Prices for products and services offered on this website are subject to change at any time without notice.
VickiLynn Chan reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY
The refund policy is outlined below:
Digital Products: Products such as meditation music, ebooks, online courses, and webinar classes are non-refundable. This is because once purchased, they are instantly available for download and can be used indefinitely. There is no way to return it like a physical product.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. They have an expiry date and need to be used within 365 days from the date of purchase. Once expired, the unused amount becomes void.
Services:
(i) Healing Sessions cannot be refunded once completed. The service was fulfilled where time, energy, and effort was used to honour the purchase. These things cannot be returned.
Healing sessions work on restoring the energetic and spiritual imbalances that contribute to a person’s problems. It is not a magic pill that will solve all problems in one’s life. Rather, it is something that is meant to complement other alternative and conventional therapies as a part of a greater holistic healing program. Having an unrealistic expectation for a single healing session to solve all problems in life will not be an acceptable reason for a refund.
It is the individual’s responsibility to provide accurate information on their situation, reason for seeking assistance, and be fully transparent on one’s personal history prior to the healing session. Failure to do so negatively impacts the ability for VickiLynn Chan to make an accurate professional judgement on the situation. This is considered as a violation of the transparency term (Section 6) below and will not be eligible for a refund.
(ii) Consultations cannot be refunded once completed. The service was fulfilled where time, energy, and effort was used to honour the purchase. This cannot be returned.
Consultations provide professional insights, knowledge, and recommendations that may help improve a person’s situation. The information provided is not a magic pill that will solve all problems in one’s life. An individual will not be told what he/she must do and instead, be encouraged to take the information provided and apply it to their everyday life using critical thinking, choice, and free will to solve their own problems. An expectation to be told how to fix life problems and have all the work done for the person is not an acceptable reason for a refund.
It is the individual’s responsibility to provide accurate information on their situation, reason for seeking assistance, and be fully transparent on one’s personal history prior to the consultation. Failure to do so negatively impacts the ability for VickiLynn Chan to make an accurate professional judgement on the situation. This is considered as a violation of the transparency term (Section 6) below and will not be eligible for a refund.
(iii) Mentorship Programs: Refunds for multi-week mentorship programs can be pro-rated. This will be calculated based on the following method:
- Total price of the mentorship program paid divided by its duration will provide a cost per week
- Weeks that have passed and used cannot be refunded
- Remaining unused weeks can be refunded, minus a 15% processing fee
It is the individual’s responsibility to provide accurate information on their situation, reason for seeking assistance, and be fully transparent on one’s personal history prior to mentorship sessions. Failure to do so negatively impacts the ability for VickiLynn Chan to make an accurate professional judgement on the situation. This is considered as a violation of the transparency term (Section 6) below and will not be eligible for a refund.
(iv) Monthly Memberships: Membership cancellation starts on the next billing cycle. Current month of membership cannot be refunded due to partial use of services. Members will continue to have full access to services until the end of their monthly billing term.
Inner healing and personal transformation is often a very challenging journey that requires a person to confront hard truths about the self and life. The nature of this kind of work is humbling, demanding, and unfolds over a long period of time. While miracles can happen in life, quick results within a short period of time do not typically happen and is an unrealistic expectation to have. Products and services offered on this website do not claim to provide these results. Hardships, discomfort, and turbulence will surface within the window of healing and transformation, especially during the integration period. Mentorship coaching provides the support and guidance one needs to move through that process in the best way possible but ultimately, the individual has to take accountability for what comes up and do the hard work on a personal level to see results. A refusal to complete such personal work is not an acceptable reason to request refunds and will not be approved.
This disclaimer is reiterated throughout the customer journey at different points. It is the individual’s responsibility to read the disclaimer, which clarifies the limitations and unrealistic expectations one may have prior to purchasing.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of approval. It will be returned to the original form of payment used at the time of purchasing.
SECTION 4: CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellation of a scheduled service, including but not limited to private ealing sessions and consultations, needs to be done 48-hours in advance. Otherwise, the full price of the session will be charged to compensate for any potential losses. Appointments can be rescheduled, but that also needs to be done at least 48-hours in advanced. Both cancellation and rescheduling can be done by the individual through the booking calendar. A link is provided in the confirmation email.
SECTION 5: DISCLAIMER
No products or services listed on this website comes with a guarantee of results. Results require a person to take personal responsibility for their life and to act on the information learned. This is dependent on the level of motivation, commitment, and discipline of a person to carry out the work needed to create change. Testimonials are from individuals reporting on their own personal experiences and results from taking action on what they learned. Under no circumstances can there be a guarantee that those results be replicated by others.

SECTION 6: USER TRANSPARENCY
When an individual signs up to receive any services offered on this website, they agree to provide accurate information on their situation, reason for seeking assistance, and be fully transparent on their personal history. This includes but is not limited to lifestyle (such as drug or alcohol use), medical, psychological, relationship, and spiritual history.
Accurate information is required for VickiLynn Chan to make a professional assessment on an individual’s situation and decide whether she can provide the needed assistance requested, as well as how best to do it. This assessment determines whether she can safely take on a person as a client. Failure to provide accurate information constitutes as intentional deception that can put the individual and VickiLynn Chan into a harmful situation. The individual is fully responsible for all consequences resulting from that action and is liable for any incurred harm or damages to VickiLynn Chan because of that. By signing up for and proceeding with the service, the individual understands and agrees to this term.
SECTION 7: PRIVACY POLICY
All information collected on this website is protected. Credit card information is encrypted during transactions through the hosting and merchant provider.
Personal information including email address collected on this website is never sold, shared, or divulged to third parties. It is only used to provide content and services that the individual signs up for. Personal information collected during sessions will be kept strictly confidential and will never be divulged to third parties unless requested by law. The information is collected and used only to deliver the requested service and will only be shared with the individual the session was completed for, unless otherwise consented by the individual.

SECTION 8A: COPYRIGHT & CREATIVE/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content shared by VickiLynn Chan on this website, social media, podcasts, interviews, presentations, speaking engagements, books, courses, and programs are protected under international copyright laws. They are part of her creative & intellectual property. This would include but is not limited to her music, writing, photos, videos, digital artwork, healing work, lectures, and program designs. Content can be referenced and quoted but full credit is expected to accompany her work, including a link back to her social media accounts or website.
SECTION 8B: DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PERSONAL USE LICENSE
All digital audio recordings sold on this website are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a digital recording does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Customers may download and enjoy the purchased recording for their own private listening, meditation, or personal healing practice. They may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, upload, stream publicly, or use the recording in any commercial or public setting without prior written permission.
Use of client session recordings in any professional, paid, or client-facing context — including healing sessions, therapy sessions, workshops, classes, retreats, or online programs — is prohibited without prior written permission and a valid professional license.

VickiLynn Chan reserves the right to update, change or replace the Terms & Conditions at any time, which will be reflected on this page. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this website. It is the individual’s responsibility to check this page for the most up-to-date version of the Terms & Conditions. By continuing to use, access, and make purchases on this website, the individual accepts the changes to the Terms & Conditions.
