About VickiLynn

Every Chapter Was Leading Me Here

I'm VickiLynn, a bioenergetic healer. I help sensitive, spiritually aware people understand the emotional and spiritual roots of their physical symptoms, so they can finally feel at home in their bodies and live their higher calling.

I'm not here because my life was easy. I'm here because of everything it asked of me. Looking back, I can see that every chapter, even the painful ones, was quietly shaping me into the healer I am today.

My story doesn't begin with healing. It begins with a little girl singing in a language no one taught her.

Before I had words for any of it

Before I Had Words

Somewhere in my family's old VHS tapes is a home video my dad recorded of me before I was two years old, when I was still in diapers. In it, I'm chatting away happily in a language that doesn't sound like a language at all, speaking to presences in the room that no one else could see. I believe they were my spiritual guardians.

My mom loves to tell the story of the day my dad came to pick me up from my uncle's house. My uncle, who often babysat me, told him I was talking fluently in a foreign language and asked what it was. Since my regular babysitter was an Italian grandmother who lived on our street, my dad thought it must have been Italian. It wasn't Italian, of course. It was light language.

As I grew up, the language faded, the way so many childhood gifts do. I forgot it was ever there. It would take decades, and a great deal of life events, before it would find its way back to me.

Chapter Two · Childhood

The Girl Who Could Read the Room

I was born deeply sensitive, able to feel what others around me were feeling long before a word was ever said. This ability of mine was further amplified because of childhood trauma from growing up in a volatile home. I had to rely on my hypersensitivity to read the room and keep myself safe.

Music was my refuge. I started playing piano when I was two years old, on an electronic keyboard my parents bought when there was little money to spare. I went on to study classical piano until Level 8. Every time I practiced, waves of emotions would surface and sometimes, tears would stream down my face. Without knowing it, I was using sound vibrations to move the emotional energies I had accumulated inside.

The pain I didn't have words to express followed me into adulthood. For years, I found myself in relationships that echoed the volatility so familiar back at home, until I began to understand where those patterns were coming from.

Chapter Three · The Healthcare Years

Eleven years holding other people's grief

Eleven Years at the Edge of Loss

For more than eleven years, I worked as a tissue donation coordinator. My job was to call families in the very first hours after they had lost a loved one. Thousands of calls, thousands of people in shock and in grief.

There was one call I'll always remember. A man whose wife had just passed away wanted to donate but didn't have the emotional capacity to stay on the phone with me to complete the paperwork. I carried him through the conversation and at the end, he told me with surprise that somehow, talking with me had made him feel a lot better. That was when I realized the tones in my voice could impact people beyond the words I was saying.

Going through thousands of patient medical social histories, I began to notice something else: how often illness seemed to sit right beside unresolved grief and emotions. Quietly, my own body was keeping score too. Constant fatigue. Muscle tension through my neck and shoulders. Grinding my teeth at night. When I asked my doctor about it, I was told it was stress and to try massage therapy.

I didn't know it yet, but the answer I was looking for was waiting for me in another part of the world.

Chapter Four · 2013

The Heat in My Hands

On a trip to Costa Rica, I struck up a conversation with an energy healer. At one point, I placed my hand on his upper back and an intense heat came through my palm. He turned around and immediately recognized what it was. In a serious tone, he told me that the heat was healing energy, it had chosen me as its student and I must honour the calling. The next day, he gave me my first attunement.

When I returned home, the energy continued to do its work and opened something within me. Gifts I always had quietly began to surface. A growing sense of wonder led me to travel to sacred sites around the world. These trips allowed my body to receive energetic frequencies from the land that served as keys opening a lock I didn't know I had inside.

Chapter Five · 2016

Sedona, where the language came home

The Language I Already Knew

Three years later, something extraordinary happened that changed the trajectory of my life. I was visited by a presence unlike anything my scientific training could explain. It was gentle, luminous, and loving. It came to deliver a personal message for me to love myself.

Six months after that, I met a Native American healer in Sedona who worked with sound. She told me I could speak light language and heal like her, I just needed to remember who I was. Once I returned home, I tried the heart-opening practice she shared with me. Within thirty seconds, light language poured out of me fluently and effortlessly.

It was the same language from that old home video my dad took. It had never left. It had simply been waiting for my heart to open again. Soon after, I felt the intuitive sense to sing in light language while working with my hands. The moment I brought sound and light together, everything clicked and my heart filled with joy for remembering how I've always performed healing across lifetimes.

Chapter Six · 2016 to 2022

Everything I Tried

For the next six years, I lived two lives. By day, and often long into overtime, I worked as a tissue donation coordinator. By night, I searched for anything that might help me heal. I tried mainstream medicine, alternative and traditional medicine, nutrition, talk therapy, positive thinking, and even cutting-edge frequency-based medical devices. Each one helped, but within a few days my symptoms always returned. Nothing was holding. Something was missing.

Quietly, alongside all of that, I was developing my healing abilities and my singing voice. Eventually, I began using my abilities to reach places within myself that no treatment could access and something started to shift. Then I worked on my friends and family, and finally my first clients. There was no manual to follow, only real-life practice guided by the intuition of my heart.

What was missing wasn't another treatment. It was me, consciously taking part in my own healing.

That realization would become the heart of everything I teach. But first, life had one more lesson waiting for me.

Chapter Seven · 2022

When Life Made the Decision for Me

In 2022, everything I thought I had control over fell apart. A financial decision I deeply regret left me with nothing, and not long after, I lost my job too. For the first time, there was no safety net and no other option.

I am a really shy and private person. Sharing my singing, my healing gifts, and my spiritual insights publicly was the thing I feared most. But I had to step into my healing work and put myself online, not because I felt ready, but because survival asked it of me.

Every old fear, insecurity, and buried trauma rose to the surface at once. All I could do was turn to the only thing I knew and trusted. I used my own voice and hands, and the years of practice behind them, to carry myself through the darkest season of my life.

Chapter Eight · Coming Home

What Finally Held

Through that dark season, everything I had learned finally came together. Slowly, the fatigue and muscle tension I had carried for more than a decade faded away. Not for a few days. For good.

When I stopped booking appointments with my physiotherapist and told him why, I remember the long pause on the other end. I could sense his genuine disbelief that I healed myself.

Looking back, the whole picture becomes very clear. I didn't step into my calling in spite of everything I went through. Everything I went through is what carried me here.

Looking Back

Nothing Was an Accident

The toddler talking to her spiritual guardians in an unknown language. The sensitive girl who found refuge at the piano. The coordinator who learned to hold grief on the other end of a phone line. The woman who tried everything to heal, and the one who lost everything. Each of those things was an important chapter in the story that made me into the healer I am today.

Today I bring all of it to my work: 11 years of seeing how emotion and illness meet, a decade of building my method by hand, and my own journey from exhaustion to wholeness. I help people who have already done a lot of healing work hear what their bodies have been trying to tell them all along so that they can finally come home to themselves.

The Human Behind the Work

A Few Things You Might Not Know

01

I'm deeply shy

Sharing my singing, healing work, and insights online has been one of the hardest things I've done. It still takes courage, every single time.

02

I was terrible at sports

I spent so much of my childhood outside my body that coordination never came easily. Learning to feel grounded in my body took real, patient work.

03

My garden feeds me

I love to cook with ingredients I've grown myself and learn about medicinal herbs. My favourite fruit is a perfectly sweet watermelon.

04

I'm a secret tech lover

For someone who loves natural things, I've always understood technology intuitively, and I'm endlessly fascinated by what it can do.

05

I make my bed every morning

Without fail. I feel most at peace when my space is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.

06

Evenings are sacred to me

My favourite ritual is my night routine: a hot shower, brushing my hair, skin care, and then snuggling into my cozy bed.
