What this Session is For

So much continues to unfold after a private session. Insights deepen. Emotions surface. Dreams shift. The body restructures.

This follow-up consultation is for existing clients who would like a dedicated space to explore what has arisen since their private healing or spiritual consultation session.

This shorter session is ideal if:

  • Something unexpected has surfaced and you’d like support navigating through it
  • You have questions about your experience or integration process
  • You’d like guidance on next steps or practices
  • You’re feeling tender and need grounding
  • You simply want a safe space to talk and be witnessed

Unlike a full private session, this consultation is designed as a focused check-in for us to go through a series of questions/topics quickly that are connected to your last session. The purpose is to provide continuity, reassurance, and refined guidance on what has already surfaced.

To explore new issues, it’s best to schedule a full length healing session or spiritual consultation where we have the time and space to do a completely new deep dive.

Healing is rarely linear. Having the space to discuss what is unfolding as things reorganize within you can make all the difference. Here are some examples of what you can expect from this session:
